We are seeking a Buyer with a strong background in procurement and supply chain management to support productivity projects. This role involves coordinating procurement activities, driving cost reduction initiatives, and managing supplier relationships within a manufacturing environment. Sourcing/Procurement: • Manage and maintain iSAVE. • Initiate and manage Requests for Quotes through SSP-SRM. • Coordinate 3F’s, Build Up, and Samples related to project execution and ERP updates. • Update workflows in One Shuttle: SL, Lead Times, MoQ, New Part Creation. • Coordinate PO placement for tools, samples, and production. • Optimize logistics and packaging conditions as needed for plant and project requirements. Project Management: • Oversee project needs and procurement activities. • Conduct risk analysis to ensure alignment with project targets. • Drive prioritization activities based on plant/project needs. • Resolve conflicts between suppliers, plants, and cross-functional teams. • Coordinate part qualification activities. • Plan Productivity Gemba Walks and Workshops. • Collect ideas for productivity improvements from support functions
Location (mandatory): Cincinnati, OH 45217 Responsible for performing a variety of routine hazardous and non-hazardous waste tasks in the movement of solids and liquids. Under direct supervision, tasks could include all types of manual labor in cleaning and decontamination operations, vacuum projects and handling, packing, re-packing, unloading and loading containers for processing at site or transportation to appropriate facilities.
Location (mandatory): Cincinnati, OH The Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance and reliability of the plant’s rotating and mechanical equipment, processes and hardware. During the start-up and commissioning phase of each plant the Mechanical Maintenance Technicians will apply their experience and practical knowledge to ensure the plant achieves or exceeds the start-up curve timeline. Once the plant is up and running at steady state the Mechanical Maintenance Technicians will create, establish and perform daily preventative maintenance tasks on the plant’s equipment and facilities. In addition, they will make adjustments and repairs to production equipment in cooperation with Operations and Engineering to assist with resolving persistent issues, focusing on plant reliability and optimizing uptime.

This position requires knowledge in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting and programming, planning, strong electrical skills, as well as knowledge of mechanical, welding, and fabrication, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations). Additionally, the Maintenance Technician must possess good communication skills and be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite.
