Performs a variety of support functions to support the department. Handles multiple projects and may assist in compiling data and generating reports. Requires 1-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Location: Position is hybrid with the requirement to be in the office 1x per week on Wednesdays. It can be located near the office, but there is a strong preference that the candidate be local to the Houston/Kinder Morgan location.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Essential Skills: Background in customer service is crucial for the role. Experience with order to cash systems, Salesforce, and the energy market would be advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Basic Excel skills are necessary, and familiarity with Salesforce and order to cash systems is beneficial. Knowledge of the energy market is also a plus.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills are important for the role, as the position requires managing and executing cases independently.
  • Work Environment and Schedule: The role is primarily remote, with one day a week in the office. The preferred office location is near Houston, but candidates can work from any Constellation office. The work hours are 8:00 to 5:00, adjusted to the local time zone of the office location.
  • Experience and Education Requirements: There is no specific minimum years of experience or degree required; experience is preferred over education.

  • Good organizational skills

  • Self-starter.
