Small Description: The Business Analyst is responsible for coordinating and organizing daily business analytics activities and overseeing Workday data. Review colleague data before each starting date to ensure everything is flowing smoothly from source systems like Workday to boundary systems. Involved in the reporting of any issues or trends discovered through analysis. Works closely with the Workday HR Information Technology, HR operations and business teams to review data, conduct structured data analyses, and give feedback.
