Looking for a New Jersey Black Seal "IN CHARGE" license individual who has great experience with HVAC, building automation systems, EPA approved universal Refrigerant certification who can maintain a wide variety of plumbing, heating, air conditioning equipment and other systems to support this work environment. Work hours for third shift: 11pm-7:30am; Training hours are 7am-3:30 for ~ 1 month or more; after training moves to 3rd shift.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate heating and cooling load conditions to efficiently operate and sequence major HVAC equipment.
  • Provide service to customers by responding to routine and emergency situations.
  • Communicate with staff regarding repair and status of comfort conditions.
  • Determine malfunction and either adjust/repair or call for mechanical or operational assistance.
  • Operates and maintains a wide variety of plumbing, heating, air conditioning equipment and other systems to support this work environment.
