We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as a Goods Flow Associate. In this role, you will support the movement, accuracy, and availability of products within the store to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest level of product availability by executing store goods flow tasks accurately and on time.
  • Operate within assigned areas using available systems and tools to support efficient goods flow and maintain data integrity.
  • Follow inventory routines to maximize stock accuracy and improve product accessibility for customers.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and security standards, helping to maintain a safe environment for coworkers, customers, and the facility.
  • Contribute to departmental goals by actively participating in the goal-setting process and implementing agreed-upon action plans in daily work.
  • Continuously seek to optimize goods flow operations by working in a lean, simple, and cost-effective manner, while sharing best practices with the team.
  • Support and collaborate with colleagues by sharing knowledge, offering help, and fostering a positive working environment across departments.
