This role focuses on core DevSecOps tools, automation, and AI-driven practices to improve efficiency, reliability, and security across software development pipelines. The engineer will collaborate with development, operations, and security teams, mentor peers, and help modernize legacy services into automated, code-driven solutions.
Location : Fort Worth, TX (Remote) The Software Developer will provide technical support and development for the Sustainment Operations group, specifically supporting the Logistics Data Manager (LDM) system. The developer will participate in full lifecycle software development as part of an Agile scrum team, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing improvements to meet customer needs. This role involves coding, testing, documentation, and production deployment responsibilities.
Location : Fort Worth, TX (Remote) Small Description: The Agile Scrum Master will serve as a coach and facilitator for two Agile teams within the Aeronautics Sustainment Development program. The role focuses on enabling the teams to deliver high-quality software, improving Agile maturity, and aligning sprint activities with program objectives. The Scrum Master will lead Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, track metrics, and promote continuous improvement in a SAFe Agile environment.
Location: Fort Worth TX The HRIS Leave Systems Administrator will support’ People/HR Technology team by managing and configuring the leave of absence platforms, automating workflows, and ensuring accurate leave, attendance, and lost-time data across all employee groups. This position combines HR process expertise, SaaS platform administration, and hands-on workflow automation to support policy compliance, streamline operations, and enhance HR service delivery.
Contract: 05 Months The SAP ABAP Developer will support integration development within SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) data flows. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ABAP integrations, resolving defects, updating documentation, and partnering with business and functional teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient integration solutions.
Location : Taylor Texas The Enterprise Architecture Lead will drive end-to-end business process transformation across clients, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory alignment, and strategic innovation. This role leads enterprise-wide process engineering efforts, designs future-state architectures, and leverages automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to optimize how client delivers value.
Small Description: The Technical Scrum Master leads Agile delivery for a high-impact development team while remaining hands-on in the codebase. This hybrid role balances Scrum facilitation and team coaching with backend development using Java, enabling effective removal of technical impediments, strong engineering practices, and high-quality software delivery.
