This position combines HR process expertise, SaaS platform administration, and hands-on workflow automation to support policy compliance, streamline operations, and enhance HR service delivery.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ABAP integrations, resolving defects, updating documentation, and partnering with business and functional teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient integration solutions.

This role leads enterprise-wide process engineering efforts, designs future-state architectures, and leverages automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to optimize how client delivers value.
