As an Analyst I supporting Colleague Relations, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our colleagues, offering expert guidance on a broad range of issues and concerns, including but not limited to reasonable accommodation, workforce reduction, colleague performance, attendance and policy interpretation. In this role, you will respond to a significant volume of calls from colleagues seeking guidance. You will provide timely and effective solutions to colleague issues during the initial contact.
