CSR Planner 7:30am to 4pm 1-year, possible conversion Interviews, 1st round video conference, 2nd/final onsite at factory Take customer order entries, and assigned to other team members No degree required, using Sales Force Interpreting requests and assigning from there Someone was promoted, role is being backfilled for FTE Instrumentation materials are made at this factory Very engineering plant/factory Team culture 20 people on the team Composed of CSR and Planning/ Purchasing Diverse team from different backgrounds/cultures Collaborative environment, everyone will have an opportunity to help lead and join team meetings Interfaces with internal and external customers, including coordinating activities with functional areas, manufacturing, sales, distribution and field service. Accurately and expeditiously handles all customer complaints and inquires, including status, production, delivery and billing inquires. Performs all order error/processing and maintenance functions for order-base and proposal-based orders. Coordinates with customer regarding product selection, placement of order, delivery schedules, and expediting. Pro-actively solves problems with customer interaction that results in positive feedback and improved relationship. Provides product information which may include some technical information. Utilizes and maintains information in systems including SAP, Quote to Cash, Intranet, SAP, Buy Automation, Extranet, any Shared Drive and External Accounts Websites.

Job Description The role is an AI engineer in the AI research team to execute its engineering tasks. The team aims at driving innovation towards superintelligence from the perspective of data curation algorithms for perception, better modeling of spatial and temporal knowledge, and more efficient research tools. We work on research in various modalities (e.g., CV, NLP, embodied AI) and build large scale foundation data and models with high quality and diversity. We are looking for a skilled Linguistic Engineer to join our team to build, maintain, and analyze datasets powering LLM powered features. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and assessing the quality of data processed by our LLM production systems.
