Responsibilities include tracking shipments, auditing carrier invoices, coordinating accessorial charges, maintaining TMS data, providing payment and shipment status updates, and supporting critical customer and carrier needs. The role also involves training new carrier representatives, managing carrier scorecards, and assisting with various logistics team functions as required.
