Location (mandatory): Marlborough, MA 01752 (Onsite) The engineer will be responsible for leading customer engagements, troubleshooting, running experiments, and analyzing data using techniques such as electrochemistry, SEM, and HPLC. The role involves close collaboration with global teams, preparing technical reports, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead & support customer engagements for metallization product portfolio within the Advanced Circuit and Packaging business
  • Well-organized execution of customer demos and product troubleshooting to meet customer timelines; Collect, analyze, and summarize data with appropriate documentation
  • Design and execute experiments, including operation of equipment and instrumentation for electroplating of metals, electrochemistry, chromatography, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, material and mechanical testing, etc.
  • Present technical reports internally and externally to customers & OEMs
  • Work with global Applications, New Product Development & Development Engineering teams to share technical findings and to receive technical input
  • Strict adherence to enhanced safety protocols and ability to work safely and participate in all group safety activities

Education/Experience:

  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States
