Contract - 4 Months

Location - Bourne, MA – 02532. Contract: 4+ months (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM – hours may differ based on team-specific time zones and meetings) Interview Process: One round, 30-minute video interview with the hiring manager Work Mode: Onsite / Field – Daily travel to multiple client locations Previous field support or site-to-site experience is highly preferred. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong customer service and communication skills required. Basic technical and mechanical aptitude expected. Hardware repair and printer experience a plus. Mileage reimbursement approved for travel between locations using personal vehicle. Background must include a valid MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check. This position supports local Field Technical Services (FTS) Technicians by assisting with project work, service calls, and IT equipment installations across multiple client sites. The role requires the ability to work independently, drive between various locations daily, and perform hands-on technical tasks. Prior experience with hardware repair and field work is highly preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle are required. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate daily with the local Team Lead for assignments and direction.
  • Drive to various client locations using personal transportation (MVR background check required).
  • Complete assigned IT projects and service tickets.
  • Install computer hardware and related equipment.
  • Provide on-site customer service and technical support.
  • Document work performed and report task completion.
  • Maintain flexibility with scheduling to meet client needs.
  • Lift and transport equipment (up to 75 lbs).
