Responsibilities include reading and interpreting schedules and tickets, conducting visual quality checks, repairing doors with putty, sanding, and touch-up painting, as well as measuring to 1/32nd of an inch for precision. The position requires maintaining a steady workflow, restocking materials, and directing defective products for repair or remake. Candidates must demonstrate strong machine operation skills, attention to detail, physical stamina to lift up to 80 lbs., and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
