Contract - 6 Months

Location- Brentwood New Hampshire 03833 Shift - Thursday, Friday Saturday alt. Wednesday 5:40am-6:00pm We are seeking an experienced Shipper/Receiver to join our Brentwood warehouse team. This role is responsible for loading/unloading freight, operating forklifts, performing inventory counts, and ensuring all warehouse processes meet safety and quality standards. The position requires at least 2+ years of certified forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team environment. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility with rotating shifts, commitment to safety, and the physical ability to handle warehouse demands.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Run forklift.
  • Load and unload finished product and related raw materials.
  • Verify inbound load quantities for accuracy.
  • Complete regular quality inspections.
  • Navigate the warehouse organized by product.
  • Operate a lift truck in a safe, productive manner.
  • Refill LP (liquid propane) tanks.
  • Participates in plant TPM initiatives - completing activities associated with TPM tasks (adheres to Clean Inspect Lubricate Tighten {CILT} standard, 5S).
  • Continues to use TPM methodology to gain a better understanding of the equipment.
  • Identifies and participates proactively in learning opportunities and develops expertise in those areas
  • Maintain standard housekeeping of the warehouse and lift trucks.
  • Perform inventory counts.
  • Assist other plant personnel as needed.
  • Perform any other task as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Conduct pre-operational inspections of assigned forklift before each shift

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and report safety issues.
  • Must be able to work independently or in a team atmosphere with minimal direct supervision.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task while having a high attention to detail.
  • Basic mathematics skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate (read, write, speak, understand) English.

Education/Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • 2+ years of certified forklift experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred.
  • Manufacturing or process related experience preferred
