Contract - 4 Months

Location - Verdi Nevada 89349 The Production Associate will support daily operations in the door components manufacturing process by performing a variety of tasks, including cleaning, sorting, stacking, and assisting Machine Operators. This role requires strong attention to safety, quality checks, and ownership of work areas while working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be reliable, able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long shifts, and be willing to learn and rotate across different production tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • A Production Associate is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations throughout the door components manufacturing process.
  • Production Associates are cooperative and willing to apply their skills in a variety of venues by regularly rotating positions to achieve success.
  • Working safely is a key skill needed in this position.
  • Duties include everything from sweeping and cleaning, to sorting and stacking, to learning the ropes of the Machine Operator job.
  • Take pride and great care in checking quality for every order you help fill for our customers.
  • Assist Machine Operators.
  • Take full ownership of your work area and work to achieve Total Quality Management

Skills:

  • Be able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for 10-hour shifts.
  • Lots of energy for walking, squatting, crouching, turning, twisting, stretching, grabbing, pulling, pushing, bending, etc. in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
  • A focus on safety around operating machinery

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, not always strictly required.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand long working shifts.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and rotate through multiple production tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
