o Location (mandatory): Charlottesville, VA 22902 This is a one-person site where the Site Manager will be managing a print production/mail center. The Site Leader supports a variety of office functions including copy, production, scanning, fax, mail and shipping, hospitality assistance, conference room setup and scheduling, receptionist backup, and inventory control.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily duties will require mail, print/copy production, back-up reception support, and light hospitality (setting up/cleaning up conference rooms).
  • They will not be responsible for managing anyone else; however, they will have a higher level of responsibility because this is a one-person site, and they will produce monthly reporting.
  • This individual must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively communicate with senior-level attorneys, partners, clients, opposing counsel, court reporters, vendors, and staff.
  • The Site Leader is also responsible for implementing and reviewing procedures for compliance and continuous improvement and tracking operational data to support client billing needs.
  • Additionally, the role includes maintaining profitability at the site and identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve client workflow. This position requires a proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic legal environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • The manager would also like candidates to have legal experience and/or experience in a copy center.
  • Facilities management experience would also be relevant and helpful.

Skills:

Education/Experience:

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in a related field.
