Location : San Antonio, TX 78238 Shift: Training 8-430pm CST M-F, regular schedule 10-630pm M-F (rotating Saturday, perm Sunday possible) If they work a Saturday then they won't have to do Sunday and vice versa. This role also helps prepare medications (counting, applying labels) for pharmacist final verification along with any other pharmacy technician job functions.
Location : Cincinnati, OH 45246 Shift: Mon - Sun 1000am - 630pm (will work 5 - 8-hour shifts or 4 - 10's) OT can be worked as available and must get prior approval. Manages pharmacy workstations and tasks, supporting the team's ability to fill patient prescriptions, ensuring all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for patients. Location (remote): Cumberland, RI. Shift: Mon-Friday Between 7:00 A.M - 6:00 P.M CST/ Training Hours-8:00- 4:30 P.M CST This is a fully remote call center position. Candidates can reside anywhere in the U.S. They must have a private home office with a door to ensure HIPAA compliance
Shift: Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat 10:30a-7pCT, 11a-7:30pCT, 11:30a-8pCT, and Training M-F 8a-4:30p. A broadband connection and a smartphone are required. This role will work from supported systems and take inbound calls from physicians or members regarding their pending, approved, or denied prior authorizations, internally support the Prior Authorization team and member services department, as well as provide on-call after hours availability for urgent PA requests as needed

This is a full-time contingent position, starting at 40 hours. The LPN/LVN must have a full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical nurse. Ability to effectively prioritize work while exhibiting a high level of urgency with all calls and assignments. Follows all prior authorization procedures to ensure a timely and accurate process on each prior authorization. Answer phone lines promptly with priority within nurse phone queue, including escalated calls, serves as the final decision-maker on all Prior Authorization approvals and refers cases not meeting clinical criteria to secondary review for final decision
