Collaborate respectfully with team members and escalate issues affecting quality or delivery promptly. Job Description: • High Speed Roll-feed and cut-sheet printing, High-speed Mail Inserter, SendPro Meter, US Mail and Vendor Package Shipping, Mail Sort Preparation, Quality Control, and other peripheral duties associated with a Print to Mail facility. • Incumbents will be trained by senior staff and co-workers. Performance will be tracked and measured by the incumbent’s demonstrated ability to learn new skills and put them to use effectively and consistently. • Coaching and guidance by the incumbent’s team manager will provide constructive feedback on progress and deliverables on training, performance goals and core behaviors.

This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The technician will also perform preventative maintenance, operate forklifts and lifting equipment, and use advanced tools and shop machinery to ensure smooth plant operations.
Location (mandatory): Cincinnati, OH 45217 Responsible for performing a variety of routine hazardous and non-hazardous waste tasks in the movement of solids and liquids. Under direct supervision, tasks could include all types of manual labor in cleaning and decontamination operations, vacuum projects and handling, packing, re-packing, unloading and loading containers for processing at site or transportation to appropriate facilities.
Location (mandatory): Cincinnati, OH The Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance and reliability of the plant’s rotating and mechanical equipment, processes and hardware. During the start-up and commissioning phase of each plant the Mechanical Maintenance Technicians will apply their experience and practical knowledge to ensure the plant achieves or exceeds the start-up curve timeline. Once the plant is up and running at steady state the Mechanical Maintenance Technicians will create, establish and perform daily preventative maintenance tasks on the plant’s equipment and facilities. In addition, they will make adjustments and repairs to production equipment in cooperation with Operations and Engineering to assist with resolving persistent issues, focusing on plant reliability and optimizing uptime.

This position requires knowledge in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting and programming, planning, strong electrical skills, as well as knowledge of mechanical, welding, and fabrication, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations). Additionally, the Maintenance Technician must possess good communication skills and be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite.
