Location : Irving, TX 75039 Under direct supervision manage a small project, from start to finish, or one phase of a large project, so that it is completed on time and within budget. Implement an established project plan; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify, resolve, or escalate operational problems and minimize delays. Analyze project requirements and perform calculations. Coordinate the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service. Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to complete the assigned phase of a project and monitor activities, allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure these targets are met. Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team. Set priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones.
Location (mandatory): Montreal Quebec Canada 3-5 years working experience in a management position in distribution, retail, logistics or similar. Experience of working as a management team member with the ability to implement change by positively altering the business directly as well as through good collaboration. Perfect command of spoken and written French, and an intermediate level of spoken and written English. Knowledge of English is required due to the need to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners located outside of Quebec. Shift: Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (mostly daytime with a requirement for 1-2 evenings and 1 weekend every 2 weeks, with compensatory days off)
