Location : New York, NY 10036 Seeking a detailed oriented and strategic Associate Project Manager to support our Global Business Operations (GBO) and M&A integration initiatives. This role will be responsible for serving as a liaison between the Legal team and Business stakeholders throughout the M&A lifecycle including post-close integration initiatives. In this role the Project Manager will work closely with the Legal Department to facilitate delivery of legal operations that support Global Business Operations and M&A Projects, as well as high -priority legal compliance initiatives. The Project Manager will be responsible for M&A integration processes across all legal functions, as well as other initiatives and cross-functional and legal operations projects, ensuring acquired businesses are brought into compliance with legal frameworks and operating standards. As the central point of coordination for legal team project management, you will help organize and track various project components while driving legal process improvements and efficiencies. As a change agent, you will help support a new center of excellence program that will focus on continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. This is a hybrid role, with three (3) days per week required in our midtown headquarters.
