Location (mandatory): COATESVILLE Pennsylvania 19320 • We are seeking a customer service who will be Front-line contact for both internal (nuclear power plants) and external customers (nuclear, science, medical, pharmaceutical, automobile, aeronautics industries).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to RFQs and manage due dates/commitment changes.
  • Provide updates on item status.
  • Collaborate extensively with multiple departments.
  • Maintain constant communication flow with customers and internal teams.

Skills:

  • Experience in customer service with 3+ years of experience
  • Handling order tickets
  • Nuclear industry experience is helpful not necessary Pharma, bio pharma, bio tech, and Military
  • Planning and scheduling skills
  • Good communications skills whether writing and speaking

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree
