Location : Ocala Florida 34480 We are seeking a Training & Development (T&D) Coordinator to support our 24/7 Ocala plant operations. This role partners with plant leadership to implement training programs, standardize processes, and build employee skillsets. Responsibilities include delivering training for new hires and current employees, managing training records, supporting TPM methodology, and driving cross-training initiatives. The T&D Coordinator will create Standard Work and Continuous Improvement documents, coach employees, and ensure compliance with training standards. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus. Onsite availability and prior T&D experience in manufacturing are required. This role is essential to enhancing workforce performance and efficiency.
Fabricate machine parts to specifications using CNC machines. Candidates with a basic understanding of manufacturing machine operations are preferred. Trainable and entry-level candidates are welcome. Must be mechanically inclined, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to read and write English. Medical device experience would be an added advantage.
