This role partners with plant leadership to implement training programs, standardize processes, and build employee skillsets. Responsibilities include delivering training for new hires and current employees, managing training records, supporting TPM methodology, and driving cross-training initiatives. The T&D Coordinator will create Standard Work and Continuous Improvement documents, coach employees, and ensure compliance with training standards. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus. Onsite availability and prior T&D experience in manufacturing are required. This role is essential to enhancing workforce performance and efficiency.
