In this role, you will support production operations by performing complex maintenance activities, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and mentoring junior technicians. The position requires hands-on use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, lifting equipment, and standard shop machinery, as well as the ability to read technical drawings and perform preventative maintenance. Candidates should have advanced knowledge in one or more skilled trades (mechanical, electrical, electronics, or PLCs) and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
