The Senior BDA/DAS Lead Technician is a highly experienced, subject matter expert responsible for the end-to-end management, quality assurance, and execution of complex Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) and Distributed Antenna System (DAS) installations. This role serves as the on-site technical authority and primary mentor, directly training and guiding junior technicians, ensuring all Public Safety (ERCES/ERRCS) and Commercial Cellular projects achieve compliance, carrier-grade quality, and on-time completion. This is a crucial leadership position dedicated to technical excellence and team development.
Location : Moline, IL 61265 This position will be responsible for communicating Product Improvement Plan (PIP) information between the factories and the client Dealers. This team is currently working a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/ 2 days remote)
