The Global ODM Fulfillment Operations team within the Global Supply Chain Operations (GSCO) group is responsible for teaming with our supply chain partners to build, deliver, and enable our AI, Compute and Storage infrastructure. Our computing foundation is its Data Centers, and key strategic partnerships with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) across the Compute and Storage industry are a crucial piece in building and operationalizing this infrastructure. The Global ODM Fulfillment Operations team is responsible for managing the operational performance of these ODM partners by setting key performance metrics, ensuring operational success and driving performance improvement programs across our supply chain, and is ultimately responsible for on-time-delivery of the hardware. This requires a dynamic approach to work to unlock challenges on the tactical (ex. supply), strategic (ex. Supply chain strategy), and foundational (ex. process overhaul) levels for Inventory Partners, ODMs, and us. The team is inherently dynamic, requiring coordination across engineering, NPI, mass production, and sustaining teams all within a given cycle. Put simply: this team is composed of flexible problem solvers who build relationships both within- and beyond- us to achieve industry-leading performance and pave the way for our AI-enabled infrastructure. The MP Materials role will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of materials to our manufacturer partners, enabling the delivery of compute, storage, and AI racks to data centers and warehouses. You will be responsible for managing the flow of materials, optimizing supply chain processes, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
