Location : Remote We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Marketing Healthcare Writer to join our team. This role focuses on creating accurate, engaging, and compliant digital content for diverse promotional channels within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing team and leverage AI-driven tools to streamline content development while ensuring quality and compliance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and refine digital copy for websites, email campaigns, social media, and other promotional channels.
  • Adapt content from existing commercial and medical assets, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Familiarity with MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) compliance and review process
  • Utilize large language models (LLMs) to generate initial drafts and enhance efficiency in content creation.
  • Review and fine-tune AI-generated content to correct inaccuracies, improve tone, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Verify references and source materials to maintain accuracy, credibility, and adherence to healthcare regulations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and emerging AI technologies to optimize content strategies.

Skills:

  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of FDA, EMA, or other regulatory guidelines for healthcare communications.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and marketing automation tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, medical writing, or related roles + AI Some who is versed in medical writing, review medical studies, data
  • Marketing copy writer and medical writer background
  • Pharma biotech related experience
  • Comfortable in prompting AI tools, hallucination biases.
  • Skilled and well versed and add in marketing copy writing, doing this at scale, create at scale through AI

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, medical writing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, compliance standards, and promotional guidelines.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and content generation platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
