Location : Fort Worth Texas The IT Project Manager supports a large-scale, multi-year technology transformation within the Information Technology Division. This role focuses on coordinating with product and IT teams to deliver application documentation, onboarding support, and knowledge-sharing initiatives while applying Agile principles, change management, and data-driven project delivery. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement and on-site collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT leaders, business partners, and cross-functional team members.
  • Coordinate with product teams and leadership to plan and deliver application documentation and onboarding support.
  • Develop and execute knowledge-sharing and training plans, including curriculum, schedules, materials, milestones, and progress reporting.
  • Facilitate the collection of documentation and support onboarding of new team members.
  • Prepare project updates, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Positively influence stakeholders by managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and aligning teams to transformation goals.
  • Apply change management practices to minimize resistance and maximize adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Maintain effective communication channels to enable continuous feedback.
  • Partner with finance teams to track, manage, and report on project budgets and spend.
  • Use data and metrics to establish baselines, measure outcomes, share insights, and prioritize delivery.
  • Practice Agile delivery, continuously evaluating progress to focus on high-value initiatives.
  • Support enterprise-wide Agile and DevOps transformation efforts as needed.

Skills:

  • Experience managing IT projects using structured project management methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile product and project management tools.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise technology transformations.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs or curriculum.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles.
  • Experience managing project budgets and financial tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage internal teams, external partners, and third-party vendors.
  • Airline industry experience and product management exposure (preferred).
