Location : Berwyn Pennsylvania. The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the PECO OHS clinical team. This on-site role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to support scheduling, record management, and front-office operations in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate employee medical exams and appointments
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and faxes professionally
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper medical records
  • Support the clinical team with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a timely manner
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive medical information
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and general office organization
  • Communicate effectively with team members and patients
  • Take initiative to support team needs and improve workflow efficiency

Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems (preferred)
  • Fax machines, multi-line phone systems, and office equipment
  • Data entry and document management
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Basic office technology and administrative tools

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors.
