Location : Richland WA 99354 The Project Support Specialist III – Nuclear Projects provides advanced administrative and project coordination support to Project Managers within a nuclear operations environment. This role ensures accurate document management, effective communication, and compliance with project startup, execution, and closeout processes while supporting cross-functional teams and nuclear site operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced project and administrative support with minimal supervision
  • Support Project Managers by developing, maintaining, and organizing project SharePoint sites
  • Upload, publish, archive, and manage project documents in accordance with records retention requirements
  • Communicate with site users via email, phone, and in-person to identify document access and site needs
  • Track and maintain project documentation, actions, and statuses
  • Deliver user training on SharePoint and document management processes
  • Prepare and present written and oral communications to various stakeholder groups
  • Support project closeout activities, including document duplication, scanning, archiving, and transmission
  • Assist with employee and contractor in-processing and offboarding, including SSIS and training coordination
  • Support project startup and closeout procedures in compliance with organizational processes
  • Participate in biennial refueling outage support as assigned
  • Perform other related duties as required

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for document and collaboration management
  • Ability to manage and maintain electronic records and document control systems
  • Familiarity with office equipment for scanning, filing, and archiving documents
  • Experience using enterprise systems such as Asset Suite (preferred)
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
  • Knowledge of records management practices and compliance standards (preferred for nuclear environments)

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's.
