Contract - 3+ Months Contract

Location: 100% Remote Designs, develops, installs, tests, and documents complex application software including server, client, and web-based components. Contributes to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components and provides technical guidance to less experienced personnel. May provide technical consulting support on complex initiatives while ensuring adherence to industry and organizational standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex design documents and translate requirements into component-level designs.
  • Assist in application strategy, system design, and data-gathering approaches.
  • Provide high-level design expertise to enable reusable and cost-effective application components.
  • Analyze, design, and review applications to ensure business and customer specifications are met.
  • Coordinate efforts between application architects and development teams.
  • Partner with product development teams and senior designers to define accurate design requirements.
  • Recommend alternative technical solutions when appropriate.
  • Conduct technical research and evaluate tools, methodologies, and standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and participate in testing, integration, and deployment.
  • Support business process sessions, project meetings, and joint application development activities.
  • Act as a domain expert, collaborating closely with software developers.
  • Participate in cost and feasibility analysis of technical approaches.
  • Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced designers and developers.
  • Offer technical consulting and resolve complex system and design challenges.
