The role involves filling hoppers, maintaining feeders, blending materials, performing cleanup, removing obstructions safely, and changing fiberglass tape rolls. Technicians follow written and oral instructions, operate pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts, and maintain assigned equipment. Work occurs indoors around loud machinery without climate control, requiring physical endurance, attention to safety, clear communication, and flexibility to work rotating twelve-hour shifts and overtime as needed to meet production schedules safely consistently.
