The position emphasizes safe, efficient movement of products and materials while meeting production schedules. Stackers manually palletize products, inspect boards for correct dimensions and quality, and ensure pallets are stacked and strapped correctly. Duties include measuring boards, checking embossing quality, wiping boards before processing, cutting scraps, and maintaining a clean work area. Work is performed indoors around loud machinery in a non-temperature-controlled facility, requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, safety compliance, and the ability to work rotating twelve-hour shifts and overtime.
