This role acts as a liaison between Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to drive resolution of quality issues, maintain compliance with internal procedures and external standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. As well this position plays a key role in supporting the quality assurance function for electronic components and assemblies, investigating nonconforming materials, and performing root cause analysis.

Location (mandatory): Allen, TX The Repair Technician II will support operations at Client’s repair and refurbished manufacturing center, specializing in Digital Video Recorder (DVR) systems and peripherals. This team plays a critical role in performing physical repairs and advanced troubleshooting beyond standard repair processes. Candidates must have strong component-level repair experience and hold a valid IPC soldering certification prior to employment (Client will not cover certification costs).
