Contract - 4 months

Location (mandatory): Remote (with some travel) Works with general supervision to apply the Prosci methodology, coach key change roles, assess change impacts, lead change management efforts, manage delivery timelines, lead communication efforts, support training, address resistance, and establish change metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements change management strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative, and devises plans that maximize employee acceptance and usage and minimize resistance.
  • Assures projects relating to change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
  • Focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures.
  • Promotes speedy adoption, more employee utilization, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
  • To apply the Prosci methodology, coach key change roles, assess change impacts, lead change management efforts, manage delivery timelines, lead communication efforts, support training, address resistance, and establish change metrics.

Education/Experience:
