Job Responsibilities:

  • This position will include greeting and checking in visitors, working at the reception desk, monitoring incoming facilities requests, processing meeting bookings, and heavy coordinating catering orders. Long periods of standing and walking will be required; the role does not take place entirely at the reception desk. The position also may require lifting, but nothing extensive, must be able to lift 25 lbs. and assistance is available. We are looking for an outgoing candidate, preferably with a hospitality background, and the opportunity to become permanent.
