Contract - 03+ Months Extendable

Location : Palo Alto, CA 94304 Shift: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm Need to handle daily business center operations, including welcoming clients, managing conference rooms, coordinating services, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a professional on site experience while juggling multiple priorities. A successful candidate would be highly organized, professional, and client focused in a fast paced business center environment and communicating effectively with clients and peers. This role is temporary with the potential to convert to permanent after 90 days, based on performance. There will be some standing, walking, lifting (can at least lift 30lbs) No heavy equipment use.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
  • Operating high volume document imaging systems.
  • Operating document image handling software
  • Operating MS Office and Email systems for opening, sending and retrieving files
  • Opening, saving and transferring PC files based on established protocols - Accessing document management systems via established protocols
  • Ensure convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections. Clears paper jams and inform technicians of specific problems.
  • Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.
  • Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.
  • Calculates charges for jobs performed and maintains some billing logs.
  • Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customers.
  • May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests.
