In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end validation of cellular modem performance, focusing on 5G NR (SA/NSA) and LTE-A technologies. You will bridge the gap between wireless HW development and system-level deployment, by understanding compliance with 3GPP standards and carrier requirements while maintaining industry-leading performance in power, sensitivity, and throughput.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in opto-mechanical and electrical assembly techniques (soldering, lamination, machining) and has a good attention to organization and cleanliness. Location : Elgin, IL We are seeking a talented and motivated Systems Engineer I to join our team in Elgin, IL. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in system-level design, requirements management, customer support, and test support for a variety of engineering projects. This role involves making changes to or upgrading existing systems designs, enhancing and improving existing technologies to apply to new solutions, and performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve system design issues.

Location: Lexington, MA 02421 – (onsite 2 days/wk other remote) Full lifecycle application development including designing, coding, and debugging applications across multiple software languages. Perform software analysis, requirements analysis, and code reviews. Responsible for system risk and reliability analysis, object-oriented design (OOA/OOD), modeling and simulation, GUI development, and software testing/QA. Optimize performance, scalability, and usability through tuning and automation. Maintain and document software functionality, integrate with existing systems, and ensure standards compliance. Evaluate and implement new technologies including localization/globalization support.

Summary: As a Systems Engineer for Calibration, you will work with camera and display calibration equipment, test and characterize it, as well as define the calibration procedure. You will work closely with teams developing novel sensors, silicon, and integrated products to guarantee successful calibration and establish clear interfaces and quality gates. You will troubleshoot system-wide calibration issues spanning mechanical, electrical, optical and software failures. You will write software to facilitate calibration and testing workflows, as well as process relevant data. You will partner with manufacturing teams to deploy calibration functionality in the factory.
