Location (mandatory): Lincoln, NE 68512
Location (mandatory): Redmond, WA Client is seeking a Prototyping Engineer to join our Advanced Development Team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative to identify gaps in systems and processes, and builds solutions from the ground up. They are naturally curious and fine tinkering with a number of components. This role requires a versatile engineer with a working understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software systems who can smoothly integrate various subsystems into functional prototypes. The position involves hands-on building, working together with AI tools, debugging, and iterating on prototype hardware systems for next-generation AR/VR devices. A portion of the role will also involve developing, maintaining, and refining AI workflows that improve efficiency and increase impact.
Client's Customer Experience (CX) team is dedicated to improving customer experiences across the entire customer journey. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will be part of a global practice focused on understanding and learning from our customers. You will leverage customer insights to drive business improvements and promote customer-centric decision-making throughout the organization. You will play a pivotal role in boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty by analyzing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the overall customer experience. By combining your strong background in CX/VoC, expertise in data analysis and storytelling, and passion for customer centricity, you will help shape the future of our customer experience program and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Location (mandatory): Pittsburgh, PA Client is seeking a Temporary Systems Engineer to support day-to-day operations for research data collection environments. This person will help maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the hardware, software, and processes used to collect data for internal teams. The role involves working across multiple projects, coordinating with people from various disciplines (electrical, software, research, etc.), and ensuring systems stay running smoothly during active data collection sessions. This is a hands-on operational role — you won't be building systems from scratch, but you'll need to understand how they work well enough to keep them running, fix problems when they break, and improve processes over time. The work is onsite in Pittsburgh research/lab environments and requires strict adherence to data handling and participant privacy protocols.
Location (mandatory): Lexington, MA Group develops application-specific solid-state lasers and beam control and diagnostics for high-energy laser systems. Examples of research activities include creating cryogenic-laser-based illuminators for sensor applications, demonstrating wavelength and coherent laserbeam - combining techniques for scaling fiber amplifier and diode laser arrays to higher brightness, and developing a ground terminal for an advanced NASA laser experiment to a moonorbiting satellite. These activities span the range from demonstrating innovative laser devices in the laboratory to designing and field-testing complete optical systems.
Location (mandatory): Lexington, MA Mid-level Linux Systems Administrator candidate is needed in the Communication Systems to support the development of new technologies that enable worldwide networked operations for the military and other government agencies. The division addresses the needs of next-generation satellite, airborne, and terrestrial networks using its core expertise in radio frequency (RF), fiber and free-space optics, cyber security, network protocols and services, information operations, communications processing, and speech and language technologies. The division is extensively involved in field experimentation and measurement campaigns to verify algorithms and architectural concepts in operational environments.
Location (mandatory): Lexington, MA The Group specializes in advanced network and communications systems development, with a focus on tactical mobile, military airborne networks of the future. The Group uses a combination of technical analysis, modeling, simulation, emulation, prototype development, and flight evaluation to develop new communication systems and evaluate and predict their performance under expected conditions. A digital design engineer is needed to develop VHDL for use in a free-space optical communication system.
Location (mandatory): Lexington, MA Group supports Department of Defense (DoD) designing and devel oping various testbed systems and components to assist data collection for ballistic missile defense tests. An embedded software engineer is needed to design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production.
