Experienced ServiceNow Reporting Engineer responsible for designing and developing Performance Analytics dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational insights using ServiceNow and SQL to support enterprise-level decision making and service optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, reports, scorecards, and Performance Analytics solutions
  •  Build and configure KPIs, indicators, breakdowns, widgets, and automated data collection jobs
  •  Translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions for stakeholders
  •  Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, and reporting optimization
  •  Analyze ITSM data including Incidents, Requests, Changes, and Demands for trends and insights
  •  Develop interactive dashboards supporting SLA, backlog, throughput, and operational metrics
  •  Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders in Agile environments
  •  Provide executive-level reporting and operational insights for decision making
  •  Maintain reporting documentation, KPI definitions, and governance standards
  •  Support dashboard governance, data quality, and reporting consistency
  •  Participate in Jira-based Agile work management and ceremonies
  •  Deliver high-quality, customer-facing reporting solutions with strong stakeholder engagement

Skills:

  •  Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics
  •  Expertise in SQL for data analysis and reporting validation
  •  Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting solutions
  •  Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes
  •  Knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Incidents, Requests, Changes, Demands)
  •  Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
  •  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  •  Experience with enterprise reporting and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)

Education/Experience:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
  •  5+ years of experience in ServiceNow reporting, analytics, or related enterprise IT reporting roles
  •  Strong experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and SQL-based reporting solutions

This is not a “work from home” position, it requires driving to different stores throughout the day.
