This includes creating clear, cohesive work instructions incorporating safety protocols, operational details, flowcharts, and captioned photographs. The role requires following employees through workflows, asking clarifying questions, and translating ambiguous SOPs into easy-to-follow procedures.
Location : Florance SC 29501. A Mailroom specialist will be responsible for opening, prepping, and scanning incoming mail, including electronic mail, as well as processing outbound mail using postal equipment such as inserters, postage meters, and computers. Duties may also include handling outgoing overnight packages and assisting with other mail-related tasks as assigned. This role requires strong organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, flexibility to handle various assignments, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior mailroom or shipping experience is preferred but not required.
eCommerce Solutions Consultant Responsible for cleaning, analyzing, interpreting, and displaying data using different approaches and business intelligence tools known as data analysis. Responsible for supporting a select group of digital tools and solutions and managing the implementation, business process modifications, project management, training, and communications of those technologies across the organization and targeted user base. Lead the demonstration of solutions and training for users on digital technology, provide collateral and updated training documents, and serve as an escalation point to troubleshoot non-common issues and user onboarding.
Provides operations functions in one or all the following areas within a Legal office /environment: operates high volume duplicating equipment, performs associated copying tasks, ships and receives product and supplies, sorts, distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, as well as applies necessary postage. Provides copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment.

Ensures that reliability requirements are met in the design: these include E.M.C (electromagnetic compatibility), safety, manufacturability and thermal design aspects. • The Rapid Prototyping Group designs and fabricates custom prototypes for multiple groups around the Laboratory. The Group is seeking an experienced RF engineer to work on a variety of short duration (6-18 month) projects that bridge across many disciplines. This position is necessary to complement the range of expertise that we already have in the group and provide multi-disciplinary design, integration and testing of novel prototype systems. The engineer must be hands on and enjoy building hardware, developing and executing functional tests, and troubleshooting hardware prototypes.
• Designs, develops, and tests electrical devices and equipment, including communications systems, power generators, motors and navigation systems, and electrical systems for automobiles and aircraft. Oversees the manufacturing of these devices, systems, and equipment. Designs new ways to use electrical power to develop or improve products. Performs detailed calculations to develop manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications. Directs manufacturing, installing, and testing of electrical equipment to ensure that products meet specifications and codes. Investigates complaints from customers or the public, evaluate problems, and recommend solutions. Works with project managers on production efforts to ensure that projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget. Designs electronic components, software, products, or systems for commercial, industrial, medical, military, or scientific applications. Analyzes customer needs and determine electrical system requirements, capacity, and cost to develop a system plan. Develops maintenance and testing procedures for electronic components and equipment. Evaluates systems and recommend design modifications or equipment repair. Inspects electronic equipment, instruments, and systems to make sure they meet safety standards and applicable regulations. Plans and develops applications and modifications for electronic properties used in parts and systems to improve technical performance. • The Group is focused on the synthesis of dynamic and complex control and autonomous systems, from concept to realization, for a wide variety of prototypes. Prototype applications span various mission areas, such as space control; air, missile, and maritime defense; communication and tactical systems; homeland protection; and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems. The group has expertise in dynamic stabilization and platform control; advanced autonomy; pointing, acquisition, and tracking;
• Operates data entry devices, verifies data, performs related clerical duties, and/or prepares documentation for data entry by assigning numerical codes to entry items and verifies accuracy. Includes rating/coding.
