We seek a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer with GitLab CI/CD platform support expertise to design, implement, and manage robust DevOps pipelines for a secure, scalable cloud environment. This role will focus on automating deployments, streamlining software delivery, and ensuring that all CI/CD processes align with regulatory compliance frameworks such as NIST SP 800-53, CMMC, and FedRAMP. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD and Azure cloud infrastructure and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and hybrid setups integrating Azure DevOps and GitLab CI/CD. • Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker. • Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud deployments
This data-focused role would be responsible for quality data reports, liaison with the national Value Based Solutions (VBS) based contracting data team on data needs and reports and complete extensive and ongoing analysis needed to drill into member level data to determine the interventions for improvement in all the HEDIS MDH Performance Measures. They will assist with the VBS program with providers and the conversion to a new value based contracting model, Value Incentive Program (AVIP). They will identify and assist with identification of specific interventions based on their review of the efficacy and cost of the interventions we are currently doing, and new interventions implemented. ROIs will be able to be assessed for interventions to assure efficient effective results. Interventions would be able to be region, provider, condition, and member specific. Additional HEDIS measures could be included in our analyses and improvement strategies.

Group is currently engaged in several research projects which address the topic of air vehicle survivability in hostile environments. These projects have substantial components related to modeling threat sensors, detection/track processing, communications, tactics, and target engagement as well as US air vehicles, countermeasures, and CONOPs. Tooling that enables simulation of these systems, the environment in which they interact, and the physics of those interactions is required to perform analysis that informs requirements for acquisitions and mission planning. Group, have a need for a Software Developer who possesses a broad range of math or physics-based software development experience to contribute to the aforementioned studies. A Software Developer is required to contribute to analyses across a broad range of issues central to the survivability of advanced air vehicles against modern air defenses. The scope of analyses will range from high-fidelity one-vs-one platform engagements to large, networked force-on-force simulations.
