The License & Sales Management Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for customers and dealers, providing product and service information while managing enrollment activities. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries regarding product/service information, licensing, and enrollment activities.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails, to assist with customer queries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while navigating various conversations and gathering enrollment information.
  • Utilize complex scripts and processes to clarify customer details and provide accurate assistance.
  • Manage contract, legal entity, and tax-related conversations.
  • Create follow-up actions and enter relevant data into internal systems after each interaction.
  • Execute processes to validate completeness and effectiveness for broader service application.
  • Work through ticketing systems to process dealer/customer requests efficiently.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex conversations in real time.
  • Strong independent judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, OneNote).
  • Comfortable navigating diverse and complex tools.

  • Ability to work with large datasets while maintaining a strong emphasis on detail.
  • Adaptability to frequently changing processes.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

Education/Experience:

  • Experience working directly with customers and dealers.
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities and solve problems.
  • Understanding of revenue recognition principles for software licensing models.
  • Cross-functional experience in product management, sales &; marketing, legal, data, accounting, or order fulfillment.
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies for software licensing and precision technologies.
