We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator with strong supply chain experience to manage daily logistics operations. The role involves interacting with internal and external customers, managing service and sales orders, and resolving issues to meet delivery requirements. This position is based on-site in Foxboro, MA.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing logistics needs and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage service and service sales orders to ensure timely shipping when stock is available in local warehouses.
Prioritize logistics requirements and collaborate with warehouse operations and the logistics team to meet delivery deadlines.
Follow established processes and procedures to ensure daily execution of operating standards and service level agreements.
Communicate effectively and professionally with various teams, including internal groups and external contacts.
Maintain and update daily service and service sales order reports, and process staged orders.
Act as a liaison with warehouses, freight carriers, and other relevant contacts to ensure smooth operations.

Skills:

Strong customer service orientation
Proficient in MS Excel (specifically VLOOKUPs)
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and transportation methods
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with logistics, ERP systems, and warehouse management software

Education/Experience:

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience with customer service, logistics, and supply chain management.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address logistics challenges effectively.
Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software.
Intermediate user of MS Excel (Excel 365).
