Contract - 12 Months + (Potential Temporary to Permanent)

The Manufacturing Test Technician will work in a restricted access Testing Lab, performing visual inspections and product testing to ensure quality standards are met. The role requires adherence to safety protocols while testing various products at voltages ranging from 208V to 690V using specialized electronic equipment. Work Schedule: • 1st Shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Mon - Fri • 2nd Shift 3:30Pm - 12Am Mon – Fri

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual inspection and product testing following standard operating procedures in a safe manner.
  • Test various Client’s products at voltages between 208V and 690V using electronic equipment such as Variac, Hi-Pot/Ground Bond testers, Power Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Current Clamps, and Digital Multi-Meters.
  • Document output results of products to validate specifications and troubleshoot any failed tests.
  • Commit to injury-free operations while adhering to Client’s safety protocols.
  • Maintain the Test Report database, recording testing data and analyzing results to ensure product quality.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot test failures using diagnostic methods and critical thinking skills.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical testing of products up to 690V.
