Job Responsibilities:

The position will support the marketing and communications programs for member prospects and existing Aetna Better Health of Illinois Medicaid members. Assist in developing strategies to promote the HealthChoice Illinois Medicaid program. Implement multi-channel automated campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams to implement campaigns while achieving desired results against measurable goals and ROIs. Work with department leaders to determine market-specific needs to implement a tailored program that brings in new members and retains existing members.

Skills:

3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications with preference for experience in health care or related industries
1-3 years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other Marketing Automation platform
Omni-channel marketing experience, with a focus on digital and email marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
