Contract - 03 Months (Temp to Hire)

This is a hybrid Sourcer/Recruiter role - focused primarily on lead gen and top of funnel pipeline, with additional opportunity for full cycle recruiting for the right individual. Healthcare background is ideal

Job Responsibilities:

  • The W2 Clinician Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting physicians, NPs, PAs and licensed clinicians in multiple locations
  • The recruiter plays a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities and regularly interacts with both active and passive candidates
  • Partner with key stakeholders such as organization leadership, stakeholders, human resources, marketing, operations, compliance, and others to streamline implementation and process improvement
  • Source healthcare clinicians, contact information and convert leads to working physicians, NPs, PAs and other licensed clinicians as required.
  • Make outbound cold calls and outreach to passive job seeking clinicians and develop prospective business by building relationships, persuading, and influencing them to consider Health and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on W2 clinician employment, effectively communicating the organization's value proposition and addressing sophisticated inquiries from physicians, NP, and PA candidates regarding contract terms, compensation, and benefits.
  • Have a strong grasp of the competitive landscape for clinical talent, with the ability to articulate a compelling and differentiated value proposition for W2 opportunities in a candidate-driven market.
  • Build relationships with local training programs to establish hiring pipelines
  • Leverage resume databases, job boards and publications to engage active job seekers
  • Work with the compensation team to ensure competitive salaries and negotiate offers and employment agreements
  • Attend nationwide specialty-specific conferences to gather clinicians leads
  • Screen, qualify and determine viability of clinicians
  • Organize itineraries and facilitate interviews as needed
  • Partner with internal colleagues and hiring managers on full cycle candidate recruitment experience
  • Build an active pipeline, and continually identify and develop new healthcare clinician prospects
  • Sell and negotiate throughout the recruitment process and act as a subject matter expert while taking a consultative approach with clinicians
  • Achieve quarterly targets as determined by the approved business plan and document activity in designated ATS/CRM

Skills:

  • 03+ years of experience in a healthcare recruiting environment, clinician recruitment experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of the unique motivations, career paths, and decision-making drivers of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants within various specialties and practice settings.
  • Intrinsically motivated and able to persevere through tough markets and changing landscapes
  • Proven ability to establish credibility and build trusting relationships with a sophisticated clinical audience, demonstrate strong clinical literacy and the ability to engage in nuanced conversations about their professional needs and aspirations.
  • Demonstrable experience navigating the intricacies of clinician compensation structures (e.g., salary benchmarks, RVU models, bonus incentives, loan repayment options), benefits packages, and employment agreements, specifically tailored to W2 arrangements.
  • Thorough knowledge of clinician licensing requirements, board certification processes, and credentialing timelines across different states, and the ability to guide candidates through these effectively.
  • Resilience and a track record of success in a high-volume, fast-paced clinician recruitment environment, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive market.
  • Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) credential, or equivalent (e.g., FASPR, CMSR), is highly desirable.
