Location : Sunnyvale, CA. We are seeking a contributor for the Client's sensor technology innovation, specifically in the development of AR/MR and other wearable devices. This individual will be responsible for validating analog/digital blocks for various sensors, including image sensors, d To F sensors, and ALS sensors. Additionally, they will support the building and upgrading of test stations/systems in our labs to accommodate validation of new emerging sensor technologies. Typical Day in the Role: • Work as part of the team to perform validation tests for image sensors and ALS sensors. • Collect and perform statistical analysis on test data to correlate it with performance metrics. • Support debugging, root cause analysis, and problem-solving efforts. • Support efforts to develop new imaging sensor test methodologies to evaluate sensor performance based on MR/AR/SG and other wearable applications. • Collaborate with the image sensor team, computer vision scientists, module/optical experts, and sensor architects to evaluate next-generation sensor technologies. • Support imaging sensor characterization/validation engineers in providing high-quality electrical/optical test infrastructure. Work with the team to identify ways to improve existing capabilities and add new ones.
Develop, revise, and maintain work orders to comply with plant licensing documents, regulatory commitments, technical specifications, preventive and equipment qualification requirements, and to maintain plant configuration. Provide Planner/Field Engineer support on capital projects including but not limited to; work order planning, project meetings, walk-downs and field implementation coordination. Assist Engineering in the development of design and change packages and troubleshooting activities as appropriate. Identify and order materials and parts to support work activities.

Coordinate testing and quality activities throughout the project. Define test strategy, create test plans, and maintain them throughout the project lifecycle. Identify risks in each phase of the lifecycle. Create clear status reports and concisely communicate project status and quality concerns to relevant parties. Report product bugs using the bug tracking tool. Track testing activities according to planned schedules to ensure timely delivery of deliverables. Monitor adherence to quality standards in development and implementation of applications. Recommend quality improvements and streamlining of processes to improve test efficiency. Record, evaluate, and document test results and compare them to expected outcomes. Prepare and maintain technical documentation to support program needs. Generate historical analysis of test results and produce metrics reflecting development, results, and improvements. Develop and document training plans based on program requirements. Write technical reports and documentation such as deviation reports and testing protocols. Monitor testing procedures to ensure compliance with item specifications, test methods, and protocols. Perform all related duties as assigned. Background/Need: The team provides web applications and collaboration solutions supporting the Laboratory’s technical mission and day-to-day operations. These include intranet and collaboration tools, document management systems (such as L.I.S.A.), and custom web applications. The team supports the external website, Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira), eForms, enterprise search, and provides Drupal website development.
