Location - Canada remote. REMOTE: Home office setup required • This role is ideal for someone who is a branding specialist, thrives in a collaborative environment and excels at managing the details that make a campaign successful. • As our Integrated Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in the tactical execution and project management of our marketing initiatives and ensuring our brand is consistent across all touch points. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS (FIRST 90–120 DAYS): • Launch a new campaign aligned with key verticals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and refine content for brand consistency. • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely billing and swag distribution. SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY: • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce or Hub Spot • Required Experience Level: Mid-level with 4 to 5 years experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management & Integration: Ensure all marketing activities consistently reflect our brand identity and messaging, leveraging your strong understanding of how brands operate.
  • Building & Executing Campaigns: You'll oversee the day-to-day coordination and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring all elements align with established brand guidelines.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers and other vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Project Management: Drive marketing projects from concept to completion, tracking progress, managing timelines and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Content Support: Collaborate with content creators to ensure marketing materials tell our brand story, are produced efficiently and meet campaign objectives.

Education/Experience:

  • A proven track record of building and implementing integrated marketing campaigns and upholding brand standards throughout a campaign.
  • Experience in vendor management and coordinating external resources.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
