Responsible for investigating, analyzing, and pursuing recovery against third parties responsible for damage to company property, equipment, or facilities. May also handle general liability claims including evaluating insurance liability related to personal injury, casualty, property loss, or business loss, and negotiating settlements with claimants. Responsible for claims setup, payment review for accuracy and compliance, issuing denial letters, following up for required documentation, and ensuring proper claims processing and payments to third-party providers.
